Big Blue Salad – 5 quart

We are calling this seasonal salad Big Blue! Spring Mix topped with walnuts, blueberries, crisp apples, and then wait for it…..  Blueberry vanilla goat cheese. You heard that right!  Our #1 cheese tops this salad and it’s been going out the door ever since we introduced it!  We like to serve with our balsamic vinaigrette ( 8 servings) in there as well.
