Do you deliver?

Yes! We offer free delivery on a first come, first serve basis within 20 miles (round trip) of our storefront, with a minimum purchase. Each additional mile is .99.

Where are you located?

We reside in our hometown of Scott County. You can visit us at 401 S. Gardner Street, Scottsburg, IN 47170.

Do you cater large events?

Yes!  We offer multiple trays or we can set up on site (tablescape) which is charged per person.

Can I customize my order?

 Absolutely, but please keep in mind a custom order may come with a custom price. 

How do I place my order?

The best way to place your order is through our website www.thecraftyplatter.com.  The volume of comments and social media messaging we receive sometimes makes it hard to follow up with everyone.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend 2-4 weeks in advance.  As always this changes depending on holidays and events like graduation and wedding season.

I’m allergic to some items, can you remove them?

We make every effort to accommodate those with allergies and gluten intolerances, but please be aware that all of our items are created in the same kitchen. Your items may come into contact with nuts, eggs etc.

What if I need to cancel my order or need a refund?

We understand life happens. If you have to cancel and your board is already created, we will make every effort to sell the board for you. If the board is unable to be sold, you will be responsible for the board. All sales are final.

Should you tip?

Hospitality is included! Our staff is informed to not accept tips. Please don’t make it weird. LOL
