Big Red Salad

Description

We are calling this seasonal salad Big Red! Organic mixed greens topped with pecans, strawberries, red onion, and then wait for it…..  feta crumbles. You heard that right and it’s been going out the door ever since we introduced it!  We like to serve this with our raspberry balsamic vinaigrette in there as well.

Feeds 25–30 as a side / 10–12 as a meal – 5 Qrt

Feed 50-60 as a side / 20-24 as a meal – 16″
