Big Red Salad

Description

We are calling this seasonal salad Big Red! Organic mixed greens topped with walnuts, strawberries, red onion, and then wait for it…..  feta crumbles. You heard that right and it’s been going out the door ever since we introduced it!  We like to serve this with our house made raspberry balsamic vinaigrette ( 8 servings) in there as well.

Served in a 5 qt bowl, Serves 8.
